For those whose body works, and who have no half-day to lose in travel.
Book on WhatsAppMonaco is a land of sport: the Prince’s Government states that around fifty professional cyclists live in the Principality, among them Tadej Pogacar, Primoz Roglic, Chris Froome, Nairo Quintana, Peter Sagan and Matteo Trentin. The Col de la Madone, right on the border, is their training ground. World Athletics has its headquarters on Quai Antoine 1er, and the Stade Louis-II has an eight-lane track and an Olympic pool.
The work is deep and targeted. We do not skim the whole body: the session goes to the areas that need it, at a pressure matched to your tolerance and your training calendar.
The therapist arrives with the table, the linens and the oils. Setting up takes ten minutes in a quiet room, with about three metres by two of clear space.
