Slow, light strokes, the opposite of deep tissue, to get the circulation moving again.
Book on WhatsAppThis is the most requested treatment after a long journey. Monaco lives to the rhythm of arrivals: the heliport records more than 25,000 movements and 56,000 passengers a year, the station 9.4 million passengers, and the port welcomed 137 cruise calls in 2025. A great many bodies arrive here after hours of sitting.
The pressure is very light and the rhythm slow, regular, repetitive. Nothing to do with a muscular massage: we follow the path of the lymph, from the extremities inwards. The session is long by nature, because slowness is part of the treatment.
The therapist arrives with the table, the linens and the oils. Setting up takes ten minutes in a quiet room, with about three metres by two of clear space.
| One-hour session | €200 |
